Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the Rewards

The promoters of these rewards are Rentoza Proprietary Limited private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with its registered address 148 Katherine St Barlow Park, Sandton, 2148, and TLC Marketing Worldwide Proprietary Limited, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with its registered address at 1st Floor, Block F; 150 Linden Road, Strathavon, Sandton, 2196 (“TLC”) (collectively “the Promoters” or “Organisers”).

Rewards Terms refers to the terms and conditions which cover the rewards sourced for customers from the Organisers designated partners, as well as the mechanics by which such rewards are distributed. The term Promotion refers to the rewards programme as created and executed by the Organisers.

By accessing these rewards, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms, and you consent to us sharing your personal data with affiliates (which means, in relation to TLC, any entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with TLC from time to time) and suppliers for the purposes of this reward. These Rewards Terms apply in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the Promoters’ services. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions applicable to the Promoters’ account or service and these Rewards Terms, these Rewards Terms will apply insofar as the rewards are concerned.

2. Qualifying Criteria

2.1 Sign up for and maintain a good paying record through a Rentoza virtual card, subscribe to qualifying Rentoza products, or fulfil criteria as determined through future initiatives by the Organisers to qualify for a reward.

3. How to Redeem Your Rentoza Reward:

3.1 An SMS is delivered to every qualifying customer with a link to the site to SPIN and WIN.

3.2 Customer clicks on the link and lands on the site, they enter their cell number, SPIN the wheel and WIN.

3.5 Once the unique code is successfully validated the customer will be asked to choose their reward by spinning a wheel. Rewards will be distributed based on an algorithm.

3.6 Customers will receive an email or sms with their reward voucher code.

3.7 Participants whose entries do not meet the qualifying criteria set out in these Rewards Terms shall receive an SMS advising them that their entry does not qualify.

3.8 Participants will have up until 11.59 PM 30 October 2025 to claim their reward on the redemption site.

3.9 Participants will have one (1) month from the date of receipt of their voucher codes, or up until 11.59 PM on the 29 October 2025 to redeem their selected reward (whichever comes first).

4. Rewards Descriptions and Conditions

4.1 The participant will be entitled to one reward per entry based on a computer-generated algorithm. Rewards will be selected from the list below and sent to the customer via SMS.

4.2 Only original, authentic and valid reward codes will be accepted.

5. Restrictions

5.1 Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar or equal value.

5.2 The Organisers do not guarantee any buy-back of any of the prizes awarded in the Promotion.

6. Contacting the Promoters:

6.1 For queries participants can directly contact the Promoters via website www.rentozarewards.co.za from 8:30 to 16:30 Mondays to Fridays. No responses will be sent on weekends or public holidays.

7. General Terms

7.1 Without detracting in any way from the Rewards Terms, the following general provisions shall be applicable to these rules.

7.2 The Promoter/s of this Promotion are the Organisers. The Organisers will interpret the Rewards Terms at their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Rewards Terms at any time in accordance with the provisions contained in these rules.

7.3 By entering and participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Organisers may collect and process your personal information for purposes of this Promotion.

7.4 The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this Promotion.

7.5 In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Organisers will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard and for further clarity, the Organisers shall be entitled to settle with such disputes (or any failure by entrants to follow the rules) at their sole discretion, including that the Organisers shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights which the Organisers may have in terms of these rules, to immediately disqualify entrants from this Promotion. By entering the Promotion and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Organisers (including their subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates), their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors (the “Organiser Parties”) from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion, and/or the use, acceptance, or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

7.6 Entrants who, in the Organisers’ sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these rules and/or Rewards Terms or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and shall not be eligible to win any prize. The Organisers are not responsible for any reward misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone other than TLC.

7.7 Additional to any other rights contained in the Promotion rules, the Organisers reserve the right to terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect. If this is the case, the Organisers will provide a notice on the website, and it shall be the responsibility of entrants to review such website in this respect. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights which they may have against any of the Organiser Parties and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the Organiser Parties.

7.8 The Promoters are not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. Any prize is accepted by a winner at his/her own risk and the Organisers are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prize.

7.9 The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promoters. If this is the case, the Organisers will provide notice of this on the website. All Promotion queries must be directed to TLC Rewards between 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday via email: rentoza@tlcrewards.com.

7.10 A copy of the Promotion rules is available at no cost to the participants and can be downloaded in printable form at http://www.rentozarewards.com.

7.11 The Promoters reserve the right to block entries and participants if found abusing the competition rules and mechanics.

8. Exclusions and Other Important Terms

8.1 Nothing in these Rewards Terms is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participant or the Promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA").

8.2 By entering the Promotion in accordance with its terms, participants acknowledge that the Promotion will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the CPA. Qualifying participants undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoters to comply with their obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to providing such personal information as may be required in order to facilitate handing over the reward.

8.3 These Rewards Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
